If you are making salsas or sauces or simply prepping ingredients, a food processor is a must have! It chops and blends so quickly, saving you so much time!
You only need 5 ingredients for these key lime pie energy balls!
Dates, almonds, key lime juice (!!), sea salt, and Bob’s Red Mills Vanilla Nutritional Boosters which is a plant-based protein powder, that’s sweetened with Monk fruit, and has tons of protein (20g per serving!), probiotics and fiber.
It doesn’t get any better than that!
Also, let’s talk key lime juice. You MUST find key lime juice. If you can’t, for some reason, find key lime juice or key limes, you can use regular limes. BUT…TRUST ME…that extra touch of key lime juice gives these energy bites such amazing flavor! PLEASE try to make these happen with key lime juice. You will LOVE it, I promise.
