Guava Cake Bars

A layer of thick sweet guava paste sandwiched between two layers of rich, dense cake. The best dessert in all the land!

Mix wet then dry ingredients and pour batter into a prepared baking dish. Layer guava slices evenly then pour more batter on the top.

Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until brown on top. Once cooled, cut into rectangular cake bars.
