Moist, tender, baked ham made with a rum and coke brown sugar glaze which adds a hint of incredible caramelized, sweetness. Perfect for the holidays or any day of the week!
Whisk 2 cups of coca-cola, sugar, Dijon, lime juice, and salt. Bring to boil, reduce and simmer, for 10-15 min. Stir in the rum. In the last 25 min of baking, brush the glaze all over ham.
Place uncovered ham back in the oven and bake until 145°F internal temp. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice the ham and serve with the leftover brown sugar glaze.
