INGREDIENTS
– yuca – vegetable oil – salt

Boil yuca then reduce to low and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until fork tender. Let cool then remove core and cut into fry shapes.
Peel & boil the yuca.

Add fries to a large pan with hot oil (350°) and fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper lined plate and season with salt.
