Spicy Salmon Tostones

Twice-fried plantains topped with mashed avocado, wild pink salmon mixed with homemade spicy yogurt sauce and chopped cilantro.

In a bowl, mix together salmon, yogurt, hot sauce, lime juice, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Lay out tostones. Add a dollop of avocado on each tostones then a spoonful of the spicy salmon on top. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
