Guava Swirl Cheesecake with Maria Cookie Crust

This guava cheesecake is rich and creamy with swirls of guava marmalade on a buttery Maria cookie crust. You and your family won't get enough!

INGREDIENTS

– Maria cookies  – unsalted butter – granulated sugar – cream cheese – cornstarch – salt – sour cream – vanilla extract – eggs – guava marmalade

Mix together the cheesecake filling until creamy and smooth. Pour into a springform pan on top of a previously cooked Maria cookie crust.

Dollop guava on top and swirl with toothpick. Bake using a water bath for 50 - 60 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool to room temperature and then allow to set in fridge for at least 4 hours.
