Dark Chocolate-Dipped Almond Biscotti

Dairy-free and grain-free almond biscotti dipped in melted dark chocolate and topped with chopped almonds. No better snack for any day of the week!

INGREDIENTS

– egg – coconut oil – vanilla extract – pancake & waffle mix – dark chocolate chips – unsalted almonds

Mix together dough ingredients and transfer to a lined baking sheet and shape into a rectangular log. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

Cook the biscotti first

Cut into slices. Return to the oven for 15 min. Let cool completely. Dip each biscotti into melted chocolate and sprinkle with almonds. Let set for about 30 min before serving.
