Ingredients

2 tsp

complete seasoning

top sirloin steaks

neutral oil

1 tsp

garlic powder

1/3 cup

mojo marinade

medium white onion

Using a meat mallet, pound the steaks until they're 1/4-inch thin. Pour the mojo marinade and spices over the steak. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

In a skillet, heat oil at medium-high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade, shaking off any excess, and cook them for 1-2 min per side. Reduce to medium-low heat. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 min.

This dish is typically served with white rice, black beans, and maduros. You will LOVE it!
