Coquito Sugar Cookies (Puerto Rican Eggnog)

Love these cookies my wife and family going crazy for these. Thank you so much very easy to make topping is amazing.

Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll to 1/4″ thick. Place on a lined baking sheet then press another piece of paper on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Make the cookie rounds. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 min. Cool for 5 min. Dip into coquito icing and allow to set for 5 min before serving.
