15-Minute Chipotle Chickpea Taco Bowls

A flavorful and easy Cuban picadillo recipe made with ground beef, tomato sauce, spices, olives, and raisins. Perfect + easy weeknight meal!

Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Sauté onion and spices for 5 minutes. Add in chickpeas. Sauté for another 5 minutes. Squeeze in fresh lime juice. Stir to combine.
