In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic then add the beef. Cook until no longer pink, about 7 min. Add cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and continue to cook until browned, about another 3 min. Remove from heat and set aside.
Divide the romaine lettuce evenly among four bowls. Divide the beef mixture evenly. Add shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Drizzle with big mac sauce. Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning, if using.
