Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Rich and chewy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies made with pumpkin puree, warm spices, and tons of chopped dark chocolate. The best cookie for Fall!

INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter – brown sugar & granulated sugar – canned pumpkin puree – egg – vanilla extract & salt – all-purpose flour – spices – baking soda – chopped dark chocolate – flaky sea salt

Cream butter & sugars. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate. Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight

When ready to bake, remove dough from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie, scoop out cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. They will continue to bake/harden as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
