Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft, chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies made from scratch with old fashioned rolled oats and all the best ingredients!

Combine wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients being careful to not overmix. Fold in chocolate.

Form dough into 1″ balls using a cookie scoop. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate the dough balls for 1 hour.

Place balls on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 10-11 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
