Moist Banana Bread with Dulce de Leche

Moist banana bread made with sweet, rich, and luscious dulce de leche swirled inside and drizzled on top. An indulgent treat for any day of the week!

INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter  – brown sugar – egg – ripe bananas – vanilla extract – all purpose flour – baking powder, baking soda – cinnamon, salt – dulce de leche

Combine wet ingredients in a stand mixer until well combined. Add in dry ingredients until just combined. Don't overmix!

Mix the batter

Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Spoon 3-4 large dollops of the dulce de leche on top then use a knife to gently swirl into the batter to give it a marbled effect.

Swirl the dulce de leche

Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before drizzling with more dulce de leche.
