Cuban Stuffed Peppers (Ajies Rellenos) is an easy stuffed peppers recipe filled with seasoned Cuban ground beef picadillo and then roasted until moist and tender.

Mix together the cooked picadillo with the cooked rice until well combined. Set aside.
