Stir together marinade. Add the pork chops to a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat a grill, pan, or skillet to medium-high heat with oil. Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and discard the marinade.

Pan-fry the pork chops for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned on all sides. The internal temp should be 145ºF. Serve immediately.
