Arroz Con Pollo A La Chorrera 

(Cuban Chicken + Rice)

A soupier version of the classic Cuban arroz con pollo recipe made with beer, wine, and chicken broth  Tons of flavor and the best Sunday dinner meal! 

Marinate the chicken in mojo marinade. Brown and sear the chicken then simmer the veggies and add ingredients to pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

Marinate, Brown, Simmer

Stir in rice, beer, and peas and cook for 20 minutes. It will be soupy, but chicken and rice cooked.
