15 Minute Creamy Coquito with Rum

Coquito is a staple Puerto Rican drink during the holiday season! It’s a creamy, sweet, coconut-based eggnog, only it’s made without any eggs!

INGREDIENTS

– evaporated milk – sweetened condensed milk – sweetened cream of coconut – full-fat coconut milk – white rum, spiced rum – vanilla extract – cinnamon, nutmeg

In a blender, add all ingredients (except cinnamon sticks). Blend until well combined.

Blend all the ingredients.

1

Transfer to a pitcher and seal with plastic wrap OR transfer it to a bottle with an airtight lid. Place it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to chill.

Chill it first.

2

When you’re ready to serve, stir to break up the solidified milks. Serve chilled in a glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Serve!
