Cook the macaroni. Melt butter, then whisk in flour, milk, and spices. Boil and stir for 2 min. Remove from heat and mix in cheeses.

Toss noodles in cheese sauce. Toast breadcrumbs in a skillet until golden brown. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mac and cheese with fresh parsley.
