Michelada Recipe

A simple michelada recipe made with Mexican beer, lime juice, smoky spices, tomato juice then served in chilled, chili salt-rimmed glasses.

Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass then dip each glass upside down on a plate with a Tajin/salt mixture, coating each rim.

Evenly pour tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and chipotle powder into each glass. Stir and top each with the cold beer.

The fun part is adding garnishes to these smoky Micheladas. I added celery, shrimp, sliced pickles, jalapeño, tomato, and olives. Feel free to add whatever you’d like!
