Healthy Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chunks

Perfectly domed muffins that are soft and made in one-bowl. You and your family will love making these easy banana muffins!

Mix wet ingredients are well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until *just* combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Cover and let rest for at least 1 hour.

Fill greased muffin cups almost to the top. Place in a 425° oven and immediately reduce to 350°. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes then serve!
