Baked Plantain Chips

This easy, baked plantain chips recipe will show you how to make crispy, salty plantain chips in the oven and along with a garlic dip!

INGREDIENTS

– unripe green plantains – avocado oil spray – salt  Vegan Garlic Dip – vegan mayonnaise – garlic – almond milk – lime juice – salt + pepper

Place thinly sliced plantains on a baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil then season with salt. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Add the mayo, garlic, almond milk, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Pulse until combined. Taste and adjust with salt or pepper.
