Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows and Candied Pecans

Boil and Mash Potatoes

Simmer cubed potatoes for 15-25 minutes until tender. Drain. Let cool slightly then mash in a large bowl. Stir in ingredients (except marshmallows and pecans).

Start Assembling The Casserole

Add the sweet potato mixture evenly into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with candied pecans. 

Bake The Casserole

Top with mini marshmallows. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted. Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
