Medjool dates
, pitted and soaked in water for about 10 minutes

raw almonds

scoop
Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Nutritional Booster
or any vanilla protein powder

tablespoons
key lime juice
(or 1-2 tablespoons regular lime juice (depending on desired strength of lime flavor)

teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough-like mixture forms. Form into twelve 1-inch bites by hand.
