BOURBON WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon

Instructions

CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER

CHEESY BAKED WHIPPED POTATO CASSEROLE

  • In a bowl, combine potatoes, shredded cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined. Transfer potato mixture to a buttered baking dish and add pieces of butter. Sprinkle with parmesan then bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes, then broil until browned, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.

BOURBON WHIPPED CREAM

  • In a stand mixer, beat heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form, usually about 5-6 minutes. Don't over mix. Add bourbon and beat for 2 more minutes until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to serve.
