Cuban Mojo Marinade Recipe
A simple homemade Cuban citrus-garlic marinade for chicken, meat, shrimp and pork made with fresh ingredients!

Servings: 2 cups
- 6 cloves garlic mashed until you get a smooth paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
In a large mason jar, add garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, orange, orange zest, lemon juice, lime juice and olive oil. Cover and shake it up until well combined. Set aside.
This recipe makes ~1.5 cups of mojo marinade. Feel free to taste and adjust seasoning. The marinade should taste tangy, citrusy, garlicky, and slightly sour.
