A refreshing guava margarita on the rocks! Made with guava nectar, coconut water, fresh lime juice, tequila, and a touch of agave. No margarita mixes here! The coconut-lime salted rim and lots of ice are essential. You'll find instructions for how to make a single serving margarita or a pitcher margaritas for a group.

Instructions
On a plate, combine unsweetened shredded coconut, lime zest, and kosher salt. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glasses and dip them in coconut salt mixture to coat. Set aside.
To a cocktail shaker, add guava nectar, tequila, coconut water, lime juice, agave, and a few ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Add more agave if desired.
Add ice cubes to the prepared glass. Pour the guava margarita into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

To make a pitcher of guava margaritas (12 servings): Stir guava nectar, tequila, coconut water, lime juice, agave, and a few ice cubes in a large pitcher until well combined. Pour into the prepared glasses over ice. Serve and enjoy!Each serving is 1/2 cup.
