In a bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow. Mix vanilla and milk then add to dry ingredients. Beat the egg whites separately then combine with everything else.

Transfer batter to a baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes then cool completely. Meanwhile, whisk the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.

Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the cake using a fork.

Pour the 3 milks mixture on top making sure to cover the entire cake. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

In a bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, salt, powdered sugar until soft peaks. Spread evenly on top of the cake.

Slice and serve with maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
