Pico de Gallo

Roughly dice the tomatoes and onions then chop the cilantro. If you’re using jalapenos, you want to make sure they are deseeded, and then you should finely dice them.

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapenos (if using). Add the lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.

Taste and adjust the salt, lime, and/or jalapenos, if using. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
