Guava Jam Thumbprint Cookies

In a large bowl with a handheld mixer or in a stand mixer, mix both the wet and dry ingredients until well combined and no longer crumbly.

Roll the dough into balls. Gently and carefully make an indentation into each ball of cookie dough using the back of a teaspoon. Chill dough balls for 1 hour.

Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of the guava jam into the indentation in each one. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are slightly golden brown. Enjoy!
