Place steaks in a large baking dish. Pour the mojo marinade on top then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes or longer.

Grill or cook the steaks on the stove in a cast-iron skillet, on medium-high heat, for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with chimichurri.
