Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix walnuts, coconut sugar, pastry flour, cinnamon, and coconut oil until crumbly. Evenly sprinkle the top of the banana bread.
