In a large bowl, mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Transfer the batter into the loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Spoon 3-4 large dollops of the dulce de leche on top of the batter then using a knife gently swirl the dulce de leche into the batter to give it a marbled effect.

Bake for 55-65 minutes. Let the banana bread cool then drizzle more dulce de leche on top of the bread. Slice and enjoy!
