Pina Colada Energy Bites (Protein Balls!)

Pina Colada Energy Bites (Protein Balls!)

Pina Colada Energy Bites! Packed with protein, dried fruit and no booze, these tropical sweet treats will crush those random sugar cravings!

I’m gonna keep this short but once again, do you see that I’m hooked on coconut?

First, there was Summer Coconut Mocha Cold Brew then there was Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies plus let’s not forget Coquito Spiked Dairy Free French ToastCoquito Spiked Donut Holes, and 5-ingredient Piña Colada Popsicles.

Ok technically, that last one is more pineapple than coconut but it does have coconut rum in it.

Let’s face it – pineapple and coconut go hand in hand which is why I wanted to make these Pina Colada Energy Bites!

These don’t have alcohol but they are the perfect treat when you’re trying to reduce your sugar intake. The only sugar in these bites is from the fruit. It has protein, dates, almonds, pineapple. Oh and you get to roll it in more coconut flakes at the end!

Feel free to modify this recipe as you wish and please TRY not to eat all 12 in one sitting. Not that I know from experience or anything. ;)

Make them for your next road trip and for random daily snacking! They really are the perfect naturally sweet treat.
