When it comes to food, my best friend is the pickiest person alive. She hates everything. She’ll say no to a delicious plate of food just because it has the ONE ingredient she doesn’t like. She’s very particular and not in a pretentious way. She just “doesn’t eat that” for [insert reason here]. You can only imagine my surprise when I made this Green Olive Bruschetta and she actually liked it!

It was a miracle!

Could you really blame her though? Salty olives, garlic, capers, crunchy pieces of bread with olive oil…I mean what’s not to like. Olive Bruschetta is one of my favorite quick party foods to make when friends come over. 4 ingredients, 10 minutes! That’s it!

To bring this delicious app to life, I add all the ingredients in a food processor and give it a few pulses until it’s all roughly chopped. You don’t want the olives to be too finely chopped because the mixture may end up too wet.

You will absolutely LOVE making this for your next party or family gathering.

Everyone will be so impressed and it only took you 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup green olives pitted, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons capers rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse just until roughly chopped. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crostini.
