Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Almonds and Berries

Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Almonds and Berries

A deliciously creamy chocolate mousse made with avocado, unsweetened cacao powder, maple syrup, sea salt and topped with almonds and berries because YES!

Have you ever eaten something so good and wondered “this is how I know God is real and loves me”?

This was that moment for me.

OMG I ATE SO MUCH OF THIS. WOW. Let me compose myself. Phew.

So this chocolate avocado mousse is pretty much the easiest thing in the world to make when you want a chocolatey treat without the 9830948308403 nasty ingredients. It comes to life with just 5 ingredients. FIVE. Cincooo!

You probably have them in your house right now.

Say whaaaat. Yeah.

How CUTE is my sassy spoon, you guys!? It’s SO sassy. Like me! ;)

So when I went searching for a sweet treat today, I decided to make one instead of going out for one. Let’s face it, this chocolate avocado mousse is surprisingly DELICIOUS for being healthy and WAY better for you than Oreos.

I’ve been really trying to be more mindful of added sugars and it’s been EYE OPENING to say the least. EVERYTHING has sugar. It’s so annoying. This chocolate avocado mousse is light, rich, super smooth and best part – healthy!

Well, as long as you don’t eat all the jars in one sitting.

Hell no, don’t do that.

I loved the added crunch from the almonds so much that I added some inside of the pudding too!

SO GOOD. Make sure to grab these jars too! Aren’t they adorable? You can buy them here.
